The incident occurred in January 2020, and it marked a troubling recurrence for Hannah, who had previously been released on bail for similar offenses just a week prior.
Authorities found that Hannah, aged 35, was in possession of 12 indecent video clips stored on his phone at his residence in Drumchapel.
