NICHOLLE PRATT FROM LEOMINSTER JAILED FOR ABUSING YOUNG CHILDREN IN HEREFORDSHIRE

In a deeply disturbing case that has shocked the local community, Nichole Pratt, a woman from Leominster, Herefordshire, has been sentenced to prison for her involvement in the sexual abuse of two very young children. The case, which unfolded over a period spanning from October 23, 2023, to August 1, 2024, revealed a series of heinous acts that have left many in disbelief.

Authorities acted swiftly after receiving an anonymous tip-off that implicated Pratt in the abuse. The police investigation led to the seizure of her mobile phone and a USB stick, which proved to be critical pieces of evidence. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) confirmed that the USB stick contained Category A videos depicting Pratt engaging in sexual acts with one of the children. Meanwhile, her phone held videos of her abusing another young victim. These recordings provided concrete proof of her involvement in these grave crimes.

During police interviews, Pratt initially denied any wrongdoing, asserting her innocence. However, the weight of the evidence against her was overwhelming. On September 16 of the previous year, during a plea and trial preparation hearing, she changed her plea to guilty. She admitted to causing or inciting a child under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity, as well as two counts of sexual assault of a child under 13.

Her sentencing took place at Hereford Crown Court on Tuesday, February 4. The court sentenced Pratt to seven and a half years in prison, reflecting the severity of her crimes. In addition to her custodial sentence, she was also subject to a sexual harm prevention order, aimed at protecting the community from any further risk she might pose.
