In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Penge, Nicholas Leigh, aged 48, faced the courts in Croydon on Wednesday, August 2, after admitting to a series of serious online sex offences.The proceedings revealed a disturbing collection of illegal images and conversations that highlight the extent of Leigh's alleged misconduct.
Leigh, who resides on Piquet Road in Penge, pleaded guilty to multiple charges related to the possession and distribution of indecent images of children.
Specifically, he admitted to possessing 36 category B images and 42 category C images depicting minors in sexual contexts.
These images are classified under the law as highly inappropriate and illegal, reflecting a grave violation of child protection laws.
Furthermore, Leigh confessed to distributing an indecent photograph or pseudo-photograph of a child, an act that compounds the severity of his offences.
