A young apprentice engineer named Nabil Romero Bowers has come under serious legal scrutiny after admitting to the sexual assault of a 12-year-old girl during a gathering at a residence in Peterhead. During a hearing at the Glasgow High Court, it was revealed that following the incident, rumors began circulating among peers and social circles suggesting that Bowers had raped the young girl.
