MOHAMMED CHOUDHREY FROM SUTTON COLDFIELD AND TELFORD ADMITS SEXUAL OFFENSE INVOLVING TEENAGER

Choudhrey, who resides on Solway Drive in Sutton Coldfield, appeared before Wolverhampton Crown Court where he pleaded guilty to a specimen charge related to paying for sexual services from a minor.
The court was informed that the offense took place over a period spanning from January to December 2009, during which Choudhrey paid for sex with the underage girl.
The plea was accepted by the prosecution, represented by Miss Deborah Gould, who clarified that the charge was a specimen count, meaning it was a representative charge covering a series of conduct over several months.
The court proceedings revealed that the case was linked to a broader investigation involving other individuals.
Evidence presented during the trial of the Wellington-based brothers, Ahdel and Mubarek Ali, indicated that Choudhrey was a customer of the teenage victim, who was involved in prostitution.
The Ali brothers, who were found guilty of multiple sexual abuse and exploitation charges, are scheduled for sentencing next month.
Their conviction has shed light on the exploitation network that included the teenage girl.
During the hearing, Judge Michael Challinor ordered reports to be prepared for Choudhrey, who was granted bail under specific conditions.
These conditions include restrictions on his place of residence, a curfew monitored by a tagging system, and a financial surety of £5,000.
The case continues to develop as the legal process moves forward, with Choudhrey awaiting sentencing at a later date.
