MATTHEW HARPER FROM ROWLEY REGIS ESCAPES JAIL DESPITE GROOMING SCHOOLGIRL FOR SEX

In a recent court case that has sparked outrage within the community of Rowley Regis, Matthew Harper, a 25-year-old resident of Ross Height, was found guilty of serious offenses related to child exploitation but was ultimately spared from immediate imprisonment. The case drew significant attention due to the nature of Harper's crimes and the leniency of the sentence handed down by the judge.

During the proceedings, Judge James Burbidge QC expressed his strong disapproval of Harper's actions, emphasizing that the crimes had caused widespread outrage and disgust among members of the public.
