MARTIN PEGG STUNG AT HOME BY PAEDOPHILE HUNTERS
A 37-year-old man from Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, was dramatically confronted at his home after paedophile hunters allege he sent explicit sexual material to children and begged them for indecent images in return.Martin Pegg, aged 37, was challenged on 20 January 2026 by members of Red Rose UK, after they say they intercepted a series of sexually explicit online communications he had been engaging in with what he believed were two children aged 13 and 14.
According to the group, the contact spanned 9 January to 20 January 2026 and took place across Snapchat and Telegram.
Red Rose UK allege Pegg repeatedly sent masturbation videos and explicit sexual images to the children and actively requested indecent images from them.
The confrontation was livestreamed by the group, during which Pegg is said to have made a number of unsolicited admissions.
In the footage, he allegedly attempted to justify his behaviour by blaming the death of his father in 2023, which he described as a catalyst for his actions.
He also referred to the breakdown of his marriage, stating that his wife no longer wanted to be with him.
Members of Red Rose UK challenged those claims during the encounter, making clear that personal loss or relationship issues do not excuse sexualised contact with children.
The group stated that all conversations, images, videos, and admissions were captured, time-stamped, and secured as evidence.
Neighbours in the Fenton area reported a heavy atmosphere outside the property as the confrontation unfolded, with some describing visible shock as details of the allegations emerged.
Red Rose UK say they do not initiate contact and that their decoy accounts clearly state the age of the child from the outset.
They maintain that their role is limited to safeguarding, evidence preservation, and reporting to police.
