MAN JAILED AFTER OFFICERS FOUND NEARLY 300 INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN ON HIS MOBILE PHONE

On Thursday, 19 February, Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court sentenced 42-year-old Aaron Michael Edwards from Stoke-on-Trent to a prison term of one year and eight months.

Edwards admitted to producing indecent images and pseudo-photographs of a child.

The police responded to a report in April last year and subsequently raided Edwards' home.

His phone was taken into custody, and investigators discovered 291 images categorized as category A depicting minors.
