A man from Harlow has received a court sentence after admitting to downloading images depicting child abuse.
Martin Ennifer, aged 65 and residing at Fullers Mead, Harlow, appeared at Colchester magistrates court to face the charges.
He confessed to the creation of indecent photographs or pseudo-photographs of children, which included a Category A image, a Category B image, and five Category C images, all dated on or before October 27th, 2022, in Harlow.
As a result of his guilty plea, Ennifer was fined £265 and ordered to complete a 30-day rehabilitation program.
Additionally, he was mandated to register as a sex offender with the police for a duration of five years.
