MARTIN DAVIES (ALSO KNOWN AS JAMES ADAMS) – GUILTY PLEA AFTER PAEDOPHILE HUNTER STING
A man identified as Martin Davies, who also goes by the name James Adams, has pleaded guilty to multiple child sexual offences following a sting operation by the Fleetwood Enforcers, a paedophile hunter group.Davies appeared at Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on 1 October 2025, where he admitted a series of offences including: Attempting to cause a child aged 13 to 15 to watch or look at an image of sexual activity (two counts) Six counts of attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child The court heard that the offences stemmed from online activity uncovered by the child protection group, who coordinated with police to ensure Davies’s arrest.
Davies was remanded in custody following his guilty plea and is due to be sentenced at Swansea Crown Court on 10 October 2025.
The sentencing was adjourned to allow the preparation of pre-sentence reports to assist the judge in determining the appropriate penalty.
