Between 11 June and 26 August 2025, Dylan Phillips engaged in a course of conduct that caused significant fear and alarm to a woman by following her movements, visiting her residence, and sending her abusive correspondence.

After admitting guilt at an earlier court hearing, Phillips was ordered to pay a total of £1,000 in compensation, along with £85 in court costs and a £187 surcharge.
