At Liverpool Crown Court, 55-year-old Mark Dyson pleaded guilty to the murder of his wife, which took place at their home in Harrison Road, Adlington, Lancashire, on April 29.
The court was told that Mrs.
Dyson, 53, was found at the residence shortly after concerns had been raised about her safety.
