TEENAGER APPEARS IN COURT OVER ALLEGED CHILD SEX OFFENCES
A teenage boy has appeared in Liverpool & Knowsley Magistrates Court facing serious allegations related to the sexual exploitation of a girl under 13.Luke Garrett, aged 17, made his first court appearance on June 12, 2025.
The charge involves inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity without penetration, under the Sexual Offences Act.
Garrett was informed of the nature of the case and was remanded in custody ahead of further hearings.
The case has been assigned reference number 05E30035324.
No plea was entered at this initial hearing.
