LUKAZ PAZERA FROM TROON SHAMES COMMUNITY AFTER FLASHING 12-YEAR-OLD IN PLAYPARK

In a disturbing incident that has shocked the local community, Lukaz Pazera, a resident of Ramsay Court in Troon, was convicted of exposing himself to a 12-year-old boy in a nearby playpark. The incident took place on September 22 of this year, just a short distance from Newton Primary School, raising concerns among parents and residents about safety in the area.

According to court proceedings held at Ayr Sheriff Court, Pazera, aged 29, was heavily intoxicated at the time of the offense. Witnesses reported that he was involved in an argument at the Russell Drive park when he suddenly exposed his genitals. During the altercation, Pazera was also observed shouting loudly and making various gestures, which contributed to the chaotic scene. Despite the evidence, Pazera denied that his act was sexually motivated, claiming that his drunken state and aggressive behavior were the primary factors behind his actions.

His legal representative, Niall McFadyen, stated in court, "Mr. Pazera has clearly given the author of the report the impression that he seeks to distance himself from the offence, but that’s on the basis that he deems that charge two was sexually motivated. Exposing genitals is a sexual offence, it may not be sexually motivated. There was compelling evidence in the case that Mr. Pazera was extremely drunk and he was shouting and gesticulating, and the exposure was part of that."

Judge Desmond Leslie responded by ordering a further report before sentencing could proceed. The judge emphasized the importance of a comprehensive assessment and stated, "Mr. Pazera, I shall require another report before I can sentence you. I’ll try and get that report as quickly as it can be allowed, but in the meantime, you’ll continue to be remanded in custody."

As of now, Pazera remains in custody and is scheduled to appear later this month to receive the final details of his sentence, which will determine the consequences of his actions and the impact on the community of Troon.
