LIAM CLARKE FROM CREDITON JAILED FOR 26 YEARS FOR MONSTROUS SEXUAL OFFENCES IN DEVON

You have, it is quite clear on reading the personal statements of those against whom you offended, devastated three lives directly and you have affected many indirectly.” The judge also pointed out that Clarke had initially denied the allegations and tried to shift blame onto the victims, but the jury saw through his attempts to evade responsibility.
As part of his sentence, Clarke will serve a minimum of 17 years before being eligible for parole.
