JASON LEAT FROM CREDITON SENTENCED TO 13 YEARS FOR MULTIPLE SEXUAL OFFENCES

A man identified as Jason Leat has been sentenced to a lengthy prison term after being found guilty of multiple serious sexual offences involving two women. The 28-year-old, who resides in Black Dog near Crediton, was handed a 13-year prison sentence by Exeter Crown Court on Thursday, September 19.

Leat's conviction followed a trial during which the court heard detailed accounts of his criminal conduct. He was convicted on two counts of rape, two counts of sexual assault by penetration, and one count of sexual assault.
