MAN, 22, SPARED JAIL AFTER PERFORMING SEX ACT IN FRONT OF ELDERLY WOMAN IN ELLESMERE
A 22-year-old man from Ellesmere, Lewis Lloyd, exposed himself and performed a sex act in front of a shocked 78-year-old woman who was walking her dog.
The incident occurred on July 10, 2023, and Lloyd was found to have committed this act in her presence.
During the hearing at Shrewsbury Crown Court, Lloyd claimed he was "too drunk" to remember the incident.
The court heard how after exposing himself, Lloyd proceeded to masturbate in front of the elderly woman.
Although he was initially considered for jail, Lloyd has ultimately avoided imprisonment.
