A convicted killer who groomed teenage girls on Facebook - only to be confronted by paedophile hunters outside a Dartford hospital - has been jailed for four-and-a-half years.
Lee Webster was locked up for five years in 2013 after fatally spiking a friend's drink with anti-depressants.
But within weeks of his licence period ending, and while homeless and living in a tent, he started communicating on social media with five girls he believed to be aged between 12 and 14.
Maidstone Crown Court heard that he encouraged them to perform sex acts , watch pornography websites and also sent them photographs of his penis.
Prosecutor Bridget Todd said in his 'lewd and sexually explicit' chats he spoke of taking one of the girls to a hotel and having sex.
He was sentenced on August 10.
