MAN MADE AND DISTRIBUTED INDECENT IMAGES OF CHILDREN IN LEDBURY
A MAN caught making and distributing indecent images of children in a Herefordshire town has been sent to the crown court for sentencing.
The court heard from prosecutor Elizabeth Blacklock that Simpson had made 88 moving and 72 still category A indecent images of children, 51 moving and 71 still category B indecent images of children, and 47 moving and 119 still category C indecent images of children in Ledbury between February 1 and November 21, 2025.
The 49-year-old had also distributed one still and 61 moving category A indecent images of children, 21 moving category B indecent images of children, and 28 moving category C indecent images of children in Ledbury between the same dates.
The case was sent to the crown court for sentencing, with Simpson, of Broomhead Drive, Dunfermline, released on bail.
He will appear before Worcester Crown Court for sentencing on February 20.
