LEE SHACKLOCK SENTENCED IN DERBY FOR POSSESSING INDECENT CHILD IMAGES
In March 2014, a man named Lee Shacklock was convicted of possessing indecent images of children after these images were discovered on his lost mobile phone.
Shacklock, aged 40 and residing on Smisby Way, Shelton Lock, admitted to having not only indecent photographs of children but also extreme pornographic images.
Officers found a total of 209 images classified as Category One, along with two images in Category Three—categories indicating the severity of the images, with Category Five being the most explicit.
He appeared at Derby Crown Court where he was sentenced to a three-year community order.
The order includes supervision and a requirement to participate in a community sex offenders' group work programme.
Additionally, Shacklock is under a sexual offences prevention order that prohibits him from accessing the internet on any device capable of deleting browsing history, a restriction set for five years.
He is also mandated to sign the sex offenders' register for five years.
