MAN ADMITS TO KISSING GIRL UNDER 13 AVOIDS JAIL
A man named Kym Goody has faced serious legal charges after admitting to causing or inciting a girl under the age of 13 to engage in sexual activity by kissing him.The defendant, aged 31, pleaded guilty to a single offence before Lincoln Crown Court.
The court heard that Goody caused or incited the girl to kiss him on five separate occasions between June 18, 2022, and August 10, 2022.
His victim, whose identity remains protected to maintain her anonymity, was present in court to witness Goody's guilty plea.
During the proceedings, Jon Dee, Goody’s defense attorney, stated that his client was suffering from mental health issues at the time of the offenses and requested an adjournment for a probation report to be prepared.
The judge, Catarina Sjolin Knight, agreed but warned Goody that a custodial sentence could not be ruled out.
Goody, formerly residing in Bourne and currently living in Elliott Road, March, Cambridgeshire, was granted bail on the condition that he does not contact the victim.
The sentencing has been scheduled for February 13 at Lincoln Crown Court.

Goody, formerly of Bourne and now living in Elliott Road, March, Cambridgeshire, was handed a prison sentence which was suspended for two years.
He must also register as a sex offender for ten years.
