PLUMSTEAD RAPIST KYLE PETER NASH GETS MORE JAIL TIME AFTER ANOTHER VICTIM SEES HIS IMAGE IN NEWS SHOPPER
A rapist who was serving time in jail was handed a further sentence after one of his victims recognised his image in the News Shopper.Kyle Peter Nash, 28, who used to live in Elgar Street, Surrey Docks but now resides in HMP Ashfield, was found guilty of raping a 12-year-old girl in 2014.
Following his conviction, Nash’s image was printed in News Shopper and this prompted another of his victims to come forward.
The victim, who knew him as ‘Carlos’, met Nash over the course of three weeks in 2009 when she was 16 years old and he was 21.
At the end of this period where, Nash took her to his room where he held her down against her will and raped her.
On March 24, Nash was sentenced to 11 years in prison for this offence.
The sentence will be served in addition to the six years he is currently serving for his previous conviction.
In 2014, Nash lured his 12-year-old victim and her 14-year-old friend into his car behind a Plumstead garage where he got them drunk.
He encouraged the younger girl to perform a sex act on him and left them intoxicated and vomiting by the roadside where a member of the public found them the following morning.

I hope that his newly extended incarceration provides a measure of comfort and closure to his victims.
Also, I cannot rule out the possibility that Nash may have offended against other victims who have not yet come forward.
"I would like to take this opportunity to encourage anyone who may have been assaulted by Nash, also known as 'Carlos', to contact police immediately.
