LEARNING-DISABLED MAN JAILED FOR FATAL STABBING OF NEPHEW
A learning-disabled man identified as Kyle Allan was jailed for eight years following a brutal knife attack that resulted in the death of his 21-year-old nephew, William Fraser.
The attack occurred at Allan’s home in St Margaret’s Hope on June 19 last year, where William sustained 20 stab wounds, one of which punctured his heart.
Allan, 31, was found guilty of endangering his nephew’s life during a "night of terror" in her own home and was subsequently detained in a high-security psychiatric hospital indefinitely.
