LOCHGELLY MAN KEVIN DONNACHIE CAUGHT WITH CHILD INDECENT IMAGES IN DUNFERMLINE
Kevin Donnachie, a 58-year-old resident of The Braes in Lochgelly, found himself in serious legal trouble after being apprehended for possessing and distributing indecent images of children.The incident came to light during a court appearance at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, where Donnachie faced charges related to his actions over a specific period.
According to court records, Donnachie admitted that between July 24 and August 6 of the previous year, he was in possession of explicit photographs depicting minors.
These images were not only kept by him but were also shared or shown to others during the same timeframe, which significantly compounded the severity of his actions.
The court proceedings revealed that Donnachie’s case was serious enough to warrant a deferred sentence, meaning that the judge decided to postpone the final decision until further reports could be prepared.
