KEIO NEI'S EUROPEAN STALKING SPREE FROM ESTONIA TO LIVERPOOL ENDS IN JAIL

It all began in early 2017 when Nei started sending the victim a series of emails filled with disturbing content. Prosecutors revealed that between March and June of that year, Nei's messages became increasingly bizarre and threatening. In one particularly alarming email dated March 8, 2017, Nei declared his intention to fly to the UK the following year with the explicit goal of finding her and killing her. He detailed a gruesome plan involving sneaking into her home during the early hours, drugging and kidnapping her, and then subjecting her to horrific acts of violence, including shaving her bald, stripping her naked, and raping her. Nei also expressed a desire to torture her for hours using various tools he claimed to have brought with him, and ultimately ending her life with a kitchen knife.

Nei's obsession escalated further when he traveled from Estonia to Liverpool in April 2018. During this visit, he sent the victim tweets that included photographs of her home, revealing a disturbing level of surveillance and fixation. He also contacted her father, attempting to deceive him by claiming that the victim did not reside at the address he had posted. This deception was part of his effort to locate her more precisely.
