Gray’s actions resulted in her being prohibited from keeping any animals for a period of two years. In addition to the ban and discharge, Gray was ordered to pay a total of £175 in prosecution costs, which covered the expenses incurred during the investigation and legal proceedings. She was also required to pay a statutory surcharge of £22, which is standard in such cases to support animal welfare initiatives.
