CHELTENHAM MAN ACCUSED OF SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST A CHILD
A man from Cheltenham is due to appear in court next week to face multiple charges related to sexual offences against a minor.Joseph O'Hara is scheduled to appear at Gloucester Crown Court on Monday, July 27, to answer six counts of sexual misconduct.
The 37-year-old resident of Orchard Avenue, Cheltenham, has been charged with five counts of engaging in penetrative sexual acts with a girl aged between 13 and 15.
Additionally, he faces a charge of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a girl of the same age, as well as a charge of stalking that involved causing fear of violence or serious distress.
O'Hara will attend a preliminary hearing to enter a plea.
