JOHN MCHLE FROM METHILL SENTENCED AFTER ASSAULT AND THREATS AT KIRKLAND ROAD

In a recent court hearing at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court, John McHale, a resident of Ossian Crescent in Methil, faced serious allegations related to an incident that took place on January 1, 2021. The proceedings revealed that McHale, aged 60, had committed a violent assault against a woman on Kirkland Road, which resulted in her sustaining injuries. Specifically, he admitted to punching her on the head, an act that caused her harm and injury.

In addition to the assault, McHale also confessed to shouting and making threats during the same incident. These aggressive actions contributed to the severity of his charges, and he was found to have committed both offences while on bail, which added to the gravity of his case.
