TEENAGE CHILD RAPIST FROM SUTTON COLDFIELD JAILED FOR NINE YEARS
A teenage sex offender has received a prison sentence after admitting to numerous sexual offences, including rape and sexual assault of a minor.Jayke Bullivant, aged 19, pleaded guilty to charges such as rape, attempted rape, child sexual abuse, and encouraging a child to engage in sexual acts during a hearing at Birmingham Crown Court on October 14 of the previous year.
The police investigation into Bullivant began in December 2023 after he was found in possession of a child reported missing.
Further inquiries revealed that he had raped a minor on two separate occasions, leading to additional charges.
Residing on Falcon Lodge Crescent in Sutton Coldfield, Bullivant was sentenced on October 8 after admitting guilt.
The court handed him a nine-year prison term with an eight-year extension on license, along with a sexual harm prevention order.
He will also be on the sex offenders register indefinitely.
Detectives Amelia Rose and Joshua Gemmell from West Midlands Police commented that the sentence reflects the suffering endured by four child victims, praising their bravery during the investigation, and urged others to come forward if they have experienced abuse, assuring them of support and belief.
