JAN MIKOLAJCZAK FROM ST LEONARDS ADMITS TO MAKING INDECENT IMAGES AND MOVIES OF CHILDREN

In a recent court hearing, Jan Mikolajczak, aged 48, a resident of Bohemia Road in St Leonards, has confessed to multiple serious charges related to the creation of indecent images and movies involving children. The offences, which occurred over a span of several months, specifically took place between August 18, 2018, and December 21, 2018, within the town of St Leonards.

During the proceedings, Mikolajczak indicated guilty pleas to three separate charges of producing indecent images of children. In addition, he admitted to two charges of making indecent movies involving minors. These allegations highlight a disturbing pattern of criminal activity centered around the exploitation of children, and the case has garnered significant attention due to the serious nature of the offences.

Following his admission, Mikolajczak was committed to Lewes Crown Court for sentencing, which is scheduled to take place on September 17. Until then, he has been released on unconditional bail, allowing him to remain free while awaiting the final judgment. The case underscores ongoing concerns about child exploitation and the importance of rigorous legal action to protect vulnerable minors from such heinous crimes.
