HEADTEACHER EXPOSED HIMSELF TO TEACHER ON SCHOOL TRIP, STANDARDS HEARING TOLD
A married headteacher exposed his penis to a teacher and told her: "inspect this miss", during a school trip, the Education Workforce Council Wales (EWC) hearing was told.The incident occurred during a pupils' residential trip when Richards pulled out his flaccid penis in front of a colleague, only to laugh goofily afterward.
Later, he exposed himself in his office, claiming: "I love my wife and children but I just cannot help myself." The teacher, identified as Colleague A, recounted how Richards pulled out his penis during a room inspection and later made sexual remarks, including showing a phone photo of his penis and making sexualized comments during a formal investigation.
Despite allegations, Richards did not respond to the EWC and was formally suspended on September 13, 2021, and dismissed in 2024.
No criminal charges have been made against him.
