On 25th July 2025, at Preston Crown Court, Jake Forrest entered a guilty plea and received sentencing for several charges.
He was convicted of three counts of producing indecent images of children, in violation of the Protection of Children Act 1978.
The court also found him guilty of possessing an extreme pornographic image, as per the Criminal Justice and Immigration Act 2008.
Additionally, he faced two charges of attempting to establish sexual contact with a minor, under the Criminal Attempts Act 1981.
Forrest received a sentence of 29 months imprisonment.
He was also subject to a Sexual Harm Prevention Order that lasts for 10 years, and he must register with the police for the same period.
A surcharge of £228 was levied.
He was arrested and taken into custody on 8th April 2025.
