WIDNES MAN FINED FOR INDECENT EXPOSURE IN LIVERPOOL CITY CENTRE
A WIDNES man who indecently exposed himself in Liverpool city centre has been fined by the courts.Jack Fox admitted committing a public nuisance offence in the city on December 3 when he appeared before Liverpool, Knowsley and St Helens Magistrates' Court on December 21.
The court heard that the incident occurred on Wood Street and Slater Street.
The particulars of the charge indicate that the 26-year-old committed the offence by ‘gabbing his penis with his hand, exposing it and swinging it around’.
Fox, of Southway, was ordered by the court to pay a total of £525.
This is broken down into a fine of £400, court costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85, and a £40 surcharge to fund victim services.
