IVAN TURTAK SHOCKS DOVER WITH HORRIFIC CRIMES AGAINST SCHOOLGIRL

Ivan Turtak, aged 38, has been at the center of a disturbing criminal case involving severe abuse and exploitation of a young schoolgirl in the Dover area. The allegations detail a series of heinous acts carried out by Turtak, who, along with two accomplices named Kevin Horvath and Ernest Gunar, targeted the vulnerable girl in a calculated and malicious manner.

According to court proceedings, the trio first encountered the girl when she was alone in an Asda supermarket parking lot. They approached her under false pretenses, enticing her into their vehicle with the promise of offering her a cigarette. Once inside the car, the situation took a sinister turn. The defendants allegedly administered drugs to the girl, rendering her helpless and unable to resist their advances. This manipulation and drugging facilitated their subsequent actions, which included taking her to different locations for further abuse.

The first location was Turtak's flat in Dover, where the girl was subjected to further assault and intimidation. The defendants then transported her to Gunar's caravan in Folkestone, where the abuse continued. Court evidence revealed that the girl was threatened with harm if she attempted to escape or sought help from authorities, effectively trapping her in a cycle of fear and exploitation.

Among the disturbing evidence presented in court was a photograph found among Turtak's belongings. The image depicted the girl naked in a bathtub, a clear indication of the depravity involved. Turtak has admitted to possessing the indecent photo and pleaded guilty to that charge. However, he denies the more serious allegation of child rape, which remains part of the ongoing trial.

Prosecutor Hannah Llewellyn-Waters described the defendants' behavior as callous and degrading, emphasizing that they treated the young girl as an object for their sexual gratification. Despite the abuse, the girl demonstrated remarkable courage by managing to escape from the car during the ordeal, making a brave attempt to flee from her captors.
