At Hereford Crown Court, a 37-year-old man from Kidderminster was sentenced to 30 months in jail after being convicted of three separate charges of indecent assault involving a juvenile.

Ian Scrivener, of Park Court on Park Street, was alleged to have committed these offences against the now 13-year-old boy, with incidents purportedly occurring between May 2001 and October 2003.
