WASHINGTON PAEDOPHILE SHARED CHILD ABUSE IMAGES AND ANIMAL PORN, SENTENCED TO 2 YEARS
A Washington paedophile who shared horrific child abuse material with other perverts has been caged.Iain Frizzle had also attempted to enter into a sexual chat with an underage girl online before he was captured by police.
A court heard that the 66-year-old was in possession of 10 extreme pornography images which involved animals, as well as indecent images and videos of children.
Some of the material involved children as young as three and up to 14 years old.
On Friday, Frizzle, of Coach Road Estate, Usworth, Washington, appeared at Newcastle Crown Court to be sentenced for possessing extreme porn, three counts of distributing indecent images of children, attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, and making indecent images of children.
He had pleaded guilty to the offences.
Emily Sanderson, prosecuting, said on March 12, 2023, police became aware of an indecent image being uploaded to Instagram by Frizzle.
She said: "Police went to his Washington home and searched his property.

The court heard that he had been sharing category A, B and C indecent images to other perverts online, and was also in possession of extreme pornography.
It was also discovered that he had been entering into online chats with a teenage girl for the purpose of sexual gratification.
Shada Mellor, defending, said Frizzle denies having a sexual attraction to children and had no previous convictions or cautions.
She said: "He made considerable admissions in interview." "He says he received a message from an unknown source who started sending images to him." "He responded positively to that and matters spiralled out of control.
He is very remorseful for his conduct." Ms Mellor said that Frizzle is the main carer for his wife, who has a number of health issues.
"He takes care of most of the tasks in the household," she added.
Recorder Peter Makepeace KC jailed Frizzle for two years and two months.
He was also made subject of a 10 year sexual harm prevention order and will be on the sex offenders register for 10 years.
