HADRIAN LIVESY FROM ACCRINGTON SENTENCED FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY OFFENSES

In a recent court ruling at Warwick Crown Court, Hadrian Livesey, a resident of Accrington, was sentenced to a term of 18 months in prison after being found guilty of possessing a significant collection of over 1,200 indecent images of children.

The images included the most severe categories of child exploitation material, along with videos depicting children as young as one year old.

The police investigation was initiated after Livesey was arrested on unrelated charges.

During the subsequent search of his property, authorities uncovered the extensive collection of illicit images.

Livesey attempted to justify his possession by claiming that his computer had been hacked, a defense that was ultimately dismissed by the court.

In addition to the prison sentence, the court imposed a sexual harm prevention order on Livesey, which aims to restrict his access to children and prevent further offenses.

Furthermore, police notification requirements were also enforced, mandating that authorities be informed of any future changes in his personal circumstances or whereabouts.
