GRAHAM PHILLIPS ARRESTED IN MAJORCA: RUGELEY SEX OFFENDER ON THE RUN FOR MONTHS
In a significant development, authorities in Spain have apprehended Graham Phillips, a 53-year-old sex offender originally from Rugeley, after he had been on the run for more than six months.Phillips was located and detained earlier this week in Majorca, marking the end of a lengthy manhunt that spanned several months.

He failed to appear at Stafford Crown Court in December, just ten days after his trial commenced.
