OBJECTS THROWN THROUGH WINDOW
A man through garden ornaments through the window of a Cooper Angus property after his partner locked out has been told to behave for the next three months a few wants to treated lenient by sheriff.Pass sheriff Court was told that 36-year-old Gavin Campbell through the ornaments through the kitchen window after he and his girlfriend had a fallout last year.
Fiscal depute Stewart Hamilton set the road started with Campbell complaining about how hot was the princes Croft property.
The complainer stated the accused was simply looking for an excuse to pick a fight.
He said an argument ensued.

Hamilton said Campbell they left the house to take the dog for a walk to try diffuse situation but when he returned, his partner has locked the front door.
Due to not having a key, he access the rear of the property where he made the complainer and the father argument and ensured, he went on The accused decided to leave again to stay a relatives.
while leaving realised he has left his belongings at the locus and return to retrieve them On seeing the accused return the complaint has prevented access by locking the door.

Hamilton explained Campbell and started shouting at the women to let him in and attempt to gain access to the property through a kitchen window door but was unsuccessful.
The accused thereafter grabbed the stone garden ornament and threw it against a top pain causing it to smash he continued.

Hamilton said that at this point the complainer went to check on the child also residing in the property but heard more glass being smashed as she did so.
He said then when she went back to the kitchen, she could see Campbell had thrown a total of three garden ornaments through the window and that the glass door of the oven had also been smashed during the stramash.
Mr Hamilton added when Campbell was later questioned by police about the incident he admitted he put the window in but went on to claim his partner like to play the victim during or after Rows Campbell of Princess Craft Coupar Angus, admitted destroying or damaging properly belonging to another by smashing a window and damaging an oven by throwing garden at them on October 9 2021 Defence solicitor Paul Ralph told the court Campbell spent two nights in custody after police picked him for the defence.
It’s just a stupid argument and he was dealt with it in a stupid and foolhardy he remarked Sheriff Ewan Duthie decided to defer Sentencing Campbell for three months to test whether he can be of good behaviour in that time However he warned Campbell he should not expect to get off that offence Scott free if he manages to stay out of trouble over lethal period.
