GARY MUNDAY OF CHESHAM SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL ABUSE IN LOUGHBOROUGH AND AYLESBURY

In October 2013, Gary Munday, a man previously residing in Chesham, was released from custody and was reported to be living in the Loughborough area.

His criminal history, however, remains a serious concern due to his past offenses involving the sexual abuse of young boys.

Back in February 2009, Munday was sentenced to a term of 45 months in prison after being convicted of multiple sexual offenses.

The sentencing took place at Reading Crown Court, where the judge publicly condemned his actions and behavior.

The court's decision was based on evidence that linked Munday to the sexual abuse of three young boys, with the charges including three counts of sexual activity with a child.

The victims included two boys aged 13 and 15, and the crimes were committed in the Chesham area, where Munday was known to reside at the time.

Further details revealed that Munday had previously pleaded guilty to two additional similar offenses involving another young boy during an earlier hearing.

The court heard that he had kissed the 15-year-old boy on the lips and engaged in various sexual acts with the 13-year-old, who was described as being particularly vulnerable.

Judge Christopher Tyrer, presiding over the case, emphasized the vulnerability of the 13-year-old, who was unable to be named for legal reasons.

The judge remarked that the boy was
