MAN APPEARS IN COURT OVER FAILURE TO REGISTER AS SEX OFFENDER
Gareth Baldwin appeared at Cheltenham Magistrates Court today for his first court hearing.The case relates to allegations of breaching notification requirements under the Sex Offenders Register, contrary to the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
