ADMITTED CAUSING A DOG NAMED BUSTER UNNECESSARY SUFFERING BY FEEDING IT MEDICATION
A 19-year-old individual from the Borders region has pleaded guilty to inflicting unnecessary suffering on a dog named Buster by administering medication that made the animal unwell.Ethan Graham stated that he believed he heard a voice instructing him to carry out the act after being left alone with the family pet at their residence in Yarrowford last November.
However, it was reported to Selkirk Sheriff Court that Buster received treatment from a veterinarian and did not suffer long-term damage.
Subsequently, Graham was fined a total of £210 and received a five-year ban from owning or keeping any animals.
