YOUNG MAN HANDED SUSPENDED PRISON SENTENCE FOR SEXUAL OFFENCES AGAINST BOY IN OXFORDSHIRE
A young man, Elliot Brown, whose address was given as Bealing Close, Southampton, appeared at Oxford Crown Court on January 15.He pleaded guilty to one count of inciting sexual activity with a nine-year-old boy and assaulting a boy by touching.
The offences took place in Abingdon in June 2021.
According to court records, Brown was 16 at the time of the offences.
He was sentenced to two years in prison, suspended for two years, and required to complete 28 rehabilitation activity requirement days and 150 hours of unpaid work in 12 months.
Additionally, he received a five-year sexual harm prevention order and will be on the sex offenders' register for 10 years.
