DYLAN HOYLE OF RENDLESHAM SENTENCED FOR NEGLECTING DOG IN SUFFOLK
Dylan Hoyle, born around 2004 and residing at 55 Fountain Road, Rendlesham, Woodbridge IP12 2UF, was convicted of animal neglect after failing to seek treatment for his dog’s health issues.
His case was heard at Suffolk Magistrates’ Court in December 2024, where Hoyle admitted to causing unnecessary suffering to his black cocker spaniel, named Benji.
From April 6 to June 6, 2024, Hoyle neglected to provide veterinary care for Benji, who was suffering from skin cancer, tissue and tongue ulceration, and severe dental disease.
In court, he was sentenced to pay a fine of £692, along with a £277 victim surcharge and court costs of £150.
Additionally, Hoyle received a five-year ban on keeping animals, which will expire in December 2029.
