DAVID MALACKY FROM WHITWORTH JAILED FOR RAPE OF YOUNG GIRL IN LANCASHIRE

In a case that has shocked the local community, David Malacky, a young man from Whitworth, was sentenced to serve four and a half years in prison after being convicted of raping a young girl while he was babysitting her. The incident took place in Lancashire, and the court proceedings revealed disturbing details about the case.

Malacky, who was 17 years old at the time of the assault, appeared before Preston Crown Court on a recent Friday to plead guilty to the charge of rape. The court was informed that the young man was under the influence of a potent mixture of drugs, including heroin, ecstasy, and crack cocaine, at the time of the attack.
