HATFIELD MAN DAVID KEMP CAUGHT WITH CHILD ABUSE IMAGES AND MOVIES

A 34-year-old man from Holt, identified as David Kemp, has been formally charged following a disturbing discovery made by law enforcement authorities. Police officers uncovered more than 200 indecent images and videos depicting children on Kemp's personal computer, raising serious concerns about his involvement in child exploitation.
