SEX OFFENDER FROM GREAT YARMOUTH SENTENCED TO PRISON

A paedophile from Great Yarmouth has been convicted and sentenced for offenses related to child sexual abuse.

Darren Sear-Trevor, residing on Harley Road, was sentenced to 40 months in prison at Ipswich Crown Court.

Prior to sentencing, the 37-year-old pleaded guilty to causing and inciting a girl under 13 to engage in sexual activity in April this year in Great Yarmouth.

He also admitted to breaching the requirements of the sex offenders register by not notifying authorities of his change of address.
