SEX OFFENDER DANIEL LATHAM FAILS TO NOTIFY POLICE AFTER HOMELESSNESS
A registered sex offender has appeared in court after failing to inform police of his change to homelessness.Daniel Latham, 38, who has previous convictions for indecent exposure, shouted at a woman, made inappropriate gestures, and was filmed outside a convenience store.
He was later convicted of failure to comply with notification requirements for sex offenders.
The court revoked his existing notification order and imposed a new 12-month order, along with 15 rehabilitation days and a £199 costs, emphasizing the importance of compliance despite his challenges of homelessness and schizophrenia.
