CEIRION JONES SENTENCED TO 11 YEARS FOR RAPE AND SEXUAL ASSAULT IN SCUNTHORPE

A man identified as Ceirion Jones has been sentenced to a lengthy imprisonment of 11 years after committing multiple violent sexual offenses in the town of Scunthorpe. The 24-year-old, residing on Valley View Drive in Scunthorpe, was found guilty of six separate charges that occurred over a period spanning from 2014 to 2017. As part of his sentencing, Jones will also be subjected to lifetime registration on the sex offenders register, highlighting the severity and ongoing nature of his crimes.

Jones’s conviction came after an intensive 11-day trial held at Grimsby Crown Court. During the proceedings, the jury convicted him of five counts of rape and one count of sexual assault by penetration.
