CALLUM DENLEY FROM SWINDON ADMITS TO CHILD INDECENT IMAGE OFFENSES AT SWINDON MAGISTRATES COURT

Denley's guilty plea was entered during the court session, and he is scheduled to be sentenced at Swindon Crown Court on the 2nd of May.

——————————————————————————————— UPDATE 24/07/2025 Callum Denley, of Old Alexander Road, Malmesbury, was arrested on Wednesday, July 23 after failing to hand over his mobile phone for inspection on request as part of his order.
Denley pleaded guilty to breaching the order at Swindon Magistrates Court on Thursday morning (24/07).
He has been remanded in custody.
Wiltshire Police said he is due to appear at Swindon Crown Court for sentencing on August 22.

—————————————————————————————————— EX-COP PAEDOPHILE AVOIDS JAIL AGAIN DESPITE NEW CHILD ABUSE IMAGE OFFENCES A former police officer branded a paedophile has walked free from court yet again after being handed another suspended prison sentence for child abuse image offences.
Callum Denley, 21, of Old Alexander Road in Malmesbury, was dragged back before the courts after investigators discovered he had continued seeking out illegal images of children despite already being under strict court orders.
Denley, a former Wiltshire Police constable, was first convicted in May 2025 for downloading indecent images of children.
He later resigned from the force before being barred from policing for life.
At that earlier hearing he was given a 10-month prison sentence suspended for 18 months and placed under a 10-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO) designed to restrict his behaviour and monitor his use of technology.
But just one month later, Denley was back in trouble after breaching the order by deliberately concealing his mobile phone from officers.
Even then, the court handed him another suspended sentence.
A forensic examination of the phone later revealed the ex-officer had continued searching for and downloading illegal material involving children.
Prosecutors told Swindon Crown Court the device contained 34 still and moving images of child sexual abuse.
Denley admitted the offences.
Returning to court for sentencing on Friday 06-03-2026, the former officer was given a 14-month prison sentence — suspended for two years — meaning he will avoid immediate jail once again unless he commits further offences.
